On Monday afternoon, 25th April Elementary 1 invited Reception class to join Miss Hiroe to dissect a fish. It was a great way to revise that fish are vertebrates and the children had a chance to see the backbone as well as the inner organs. Some children wanted to touch the different parts as well as the scaly skin and the eye.
Of course we all washed our hands with soap after this exciting science lessons. Here are some of the children's comments: "I loved this lesson", "Wow", "Can we do that again". It is great to see the children's excitement and curiosity.
A big thank you to Miss Hiroe!
