In November the Junior School celebrated Rainbow Peace Day.
The children wrote and drew little peace message on paper that they then presented in an assembly at the end of the school day.
It was wonderful to listen to all the great messages the children came up with. As part of the assembly two girls from the Primary class played a lovely music piece related to our Rainbow Peace Day and all of us very much enjoyed listening to them.
After that we went into the garden and put up all our messages on our trees and turned them into beautiful, colourful 'peace trees'.
We all enjoyed our Rainbow Peace Day and all the interesting conversation around the topic of peace and the importance of peace.
