Hello Parents!
Reception class warmly welcomed all the children of Rainbow Montessori to come and join them for the Queen's 90th birthday celebration!
Reception children spent a lovely morning baking and decorating cupcakes for everyone - dairy free included! Once everything was ready, all the classes came to join us and Elementary 2 beautifully chanted the National Anthem and we all joined in.
Classical music was then played and cupcakes and fruit juice were served. Before the assembly, children were given a brief history session on the Queen and her royal family. They were shown the Queen's family tree as well as her role in society. Everyone was well prepared for the assembly and had spent a lovely afternoon together! Children were beautifully dressed and looked absolutely royal!!
