
Pop - Up Update
Last week we cooked: Lemon tart and chocolate pavlova with passion fruit and blood orange. This was our last practice before the real occasion. Personally, we felt sad but also excited that the event is drawing closer.
Today (Monday the 29th of Feb) Miss Hiroe will come to us during lunch time and teach the waiters how to serve to a high standard. We will continue doing this with her over the next few days.
We look forward to serving you all on the Friday 11th March!
