On Friday the 25th October the children of Primary and Preparatory celebrated the coming of half term by visiting the Science Museum.
Here we enjoyed a wonderful film about the lives of astronauts, developing an appreciation for those who carry out work at the International Space Station. What made this film truly magical was it’s wonderful 3-D effects stimulating the children awe and wonder for the work that goes on beyond our planet.
The movie invited the children into the scientists work on the space craft. This was a wonderful way of reinforcing the curiosity and learning which occurred during our previous space days at school.
