This Autumn Term Primary were very busy learning about different festivals.
Primary started of  with "Guy Fawkes" and "Bonfire Night " which was a great link to their term project about "The History of London" which the children absolutely loved. They gave a great presentation to the children from the other classes.
Primary also learnt about the Sikh celebration "Guru Nanak" and about some facts about Sikhism. The children from Primary were also interested in learning about the Jewish festival "Hanukkah".
Next term the children will continue learning about more festivals  and religions from around the world. If parents would like to share their knowledge about a festival or celebration that they know very well, you are very welcome.
Please speak to Miss Sylvia or Miss Marie! Parents are always very welcome to our school!
