On 20th January 2013, it was World Religion Day.
The junior school learnt about the different world religions, and the importance of having a World Religion Day which informs and educates others - whatever their beliefs.
The Preparatory class; our oldest children, were working together in small groups with Elementary 1; our youngest children. Together they looked at pictures, books and did research on the internet. It was lovely to see how great the older ones were supporting the younger ones and how the younger ones were so proud to be working with the older children!
As the pictures below show, the two groups designed posters together and at the end of the day, all groups presented their work to the Elementary 2 and Primary classes in an informative assembly.
There was, of course, time to share thoughts and ask questions as well.
